Eligibility You will only be eligible for Voucher and a Voucher will only be rewarded if Go.Compare is able to link your purchase to the TOTUM website or app. This means you must: a. Click from TOTUM directly to the Go.Compare Mobile contract only webpage; and b. Generate a brand-new quote and purchase an Insurance Policy immediately (meaning in the same session and without exiting your browser). (together, an “Eligible Purchase”). Editing or using a previously saved quote from your Go.Compare account will not track and you will not be eligible for Voucher. If you, or your insurer, cancel your policy before Validation (as defined below) is completed, you will not be eligible for a Voucher. Please ensure you are not using ad blockers or cookie blockers, as this will prevent your Insurance Policy purchase from being tracked and may mean you are not eligible for a Voucher. Terms A Voucher can take up to 90-180 days to be tracked and approved as an Eligible Purchase (“Validation”). Once your purchase has been successfully validated, you will receive an email (from a noreply@optimisemedia.com domain) via the Go.Compare registered email that will direct you to ‘Claim your voucher’. Be sure to check your junk mail. Confirmed validated customers have 60 days to redeem their Voucher using the link explain in above point. If you haven’t heard anything within this timeframe or have any queries relating to your voucher, please contact the Go.Compare Customer Service Team via customerservices@gocompare.com Please note Go.Compare or the policy provider will be unable to assist with any queries raised more than six months after the purchase date. Personal data supplied during the course of purchasing an Insurance Policy via the Go.Compare Website via the TOTUM link will only be processed as set out in both Go.Compare's privacy policy and TOTUM’s privacy policy.
