The TOTUM Cashback card is a pre-pay card included with every TOTUM+ membership. It lets you earn money back automatically when you shop at over 70 participating retailers, both in-store and online. There's nothing to claim and no discount codes to enter — cashback is applied to your card balance every time you shop with a participating brand. It's one of several benefits included with TOTUM+, alongside access to hundreds of discounts, a government-approved PASS ID, and worldwide savings in over 90 countries.

There are three steps. First, load funds onto your TOTUM Cashback card — this is a pre-pay card, so you spend what you load. Second, shop at any participating cashback retailer in-store or online using your card. Third, your cashback is credited to your card balance automatically — no receipts to submit, no codes to enter, no claims to make. You can add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for tap-to-pay convenience in-store, or use your card details to pay online.

Yes. Your TOTUM Cashback card works both in-store and online at participating retailers. For in-store use, you can add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and pay by tapping your phone at the checkout — no need to carry a physical card. For online purchases, use your card details at checkout as you would with any payment card. Cashback is earned automatically either way.

The Cashback card is included with TOTUM+, which is the paid tier of membership at £14.99 per year. It is not available on the free TOTUM membership, which provides access to online-only discounts but does not include the Cashback card, the physical ID card, or worldwide discounts. TThere are no top-up fees on the TOTUM Cashback card. You load funds and spend them — what you put on is what you have available to spend, with cashback added on top as you shop. The card is included as part of your TOTUM+ membership at £14.99 per year, with no additional card fee on top of that.

Yes — and this is one of the things that makes TOTUM+ genuinely different from standalone cashback apps. When you shop at a brand that offers both a TOTUM discount and cashback, you can use both together. For example, if a retailer offers a percentage discount through TOTUM and also participates in the Cashback programme, you can apply the discount and still earn cashback on your spend. There's no either/or — your Cashback card and your TOTUM membership work alongside each other.
